I am happy to provide a review detailing my experience working with Bavarian Auto Group. It has been a little over a month since I made this purchase and I am extremely happy with my choice and the overall experience of working with Mike and Janet. Their eye for gently used BMW’s, many with upgraded packages show in their product lineup. This team will go above and beyond to provide you with the vehicle’s history as well as help you perform a side by side comparison of similar vehicles to ensure you are making the best choice. The assistance they provide is sincere, and their passion for BMW’s is very apparent. I did my research and I am very happy I could purchase from a local dealer with a great reputation. There wasn’t another BMW X4 M-Sport of this caliber within a 300-mile radius. I was willing to travel or setup transfer for the right vehicle, and it just couldn’t be found. I was searching several weeks for a 535d and was having no luck finding the color/options and condition I was after. I came across Bavarian Auto Group's site and found the perfect vehicle. I sent in my request to be contacted and I had an email back that same day with a phone number to give them a call. It was later in the evening but I decided to call and leave a message. To my surprise, I got an answer. It was the owner and we spent quite a long time discussing the car and connected as fellow car guys quickly. Initially, we did have some confusion on meeting times for when I was going to see the car and found out after the fact that I was 2nd in line for the car. Once that person passed on the car, I was quite happy to come by and take it for a test drive, and Bav. AG was very accommodating as we worked through the buying process. I had been looking for over 6 months for the perfect pre-owned BMW X5 to replace our X3. I found a listing for a beautiful, low mileage, X5 on Car Gurus at Bavarian Auto Group. At first, I was nervous to buy a car out of state, but after several conversations with Mike, I felt that it was worth it to check it out. Mike loves what he does, loves BMW's, and is so friendly! I felt comfortable asking him all my questions, and he was available to make the entire process (buy & trade) as easy as possible.
On the day of our appointment, we left much later than we had hoped. We had a 3.5 hour drive to make, with our 11 month old, and 3 year old. To make things easier, Mike drove over an hour to meet us! We went through the whole process at a location of our choice. I've never signed papers to buy a car at Starbucks before, but that in itself was COOL! Also, he brought us special goodies for our kids, and generous extras for the car.
Our X5 exceeded our expectations in every way possible, and we couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for a pre-owned BMW that looks and drives like a brand new car, just put Mike on it! His cars are diamonds, they are 100% worth the wait, and a drive out of state.

2007 BMW 650i Convertible
Mike and Janet ... hard to find the words on this one. They found my wife Debbie the dream convertible she didn't even realize would be the perfect car for her. I told Janet she wanted a little low cost convertible play car...not black...:-)...and then we discussed a 6 Series for a bit. BOOM...she finds a great potential car and 48 hours we have a beautiful 2007 650i convertible with about 80K miles, Could not be better. The coolest thing is that when Mike finds a gem like this, he gets as excited as his customer.

2015 BMW 435i xDrive M Sport Coupe
had a wonderful buying experience with Bavarian AG - and I live in Dallas, TX! I found my vehicle using an online search. The search engine I used includes an algorithm that ranks pricing within the market, and ranked the vehicle as a "great value". I've been researching for a few months, and I knew this to be true - especially given all the high-end packages that were loaded on the car. Janet and Mike both were extremely friendly and very helpful on the phone. They provided me a detailed history of the car as well as the carfax. They've been doing BMW work exclusively for many years and it's obvious they love what they do and know anything and everything about BMWs. I sent pics of my vehicle for them to review (trade-in) and we sealed the deal. I drove 8 hours to KC and then drove 8 hours back home in my new 435i Xdrive M-Sport (which I absolute LOVE!). They even called and checked on me a couple of times on the drive home just ensure I had a safe trip and that I was happy with the vehicle. You just don't get better service than this. In a few years, when I'm ready to upgrade again - I will give Mike and Janet a call. It was well worth the 16 hour drive. I truly can recommend them without hesitation - they are fair, honest and wonderful people.

Well, I was referred to Mike and Janet by the shop that services my wife’s car after bringing in some other cars for them to check, so started watching the Bavarian Auto Group website and found a car that I was kind of interested in. Moving from an SUV, so really thinking about an X5. Mike had sold the car 6 years earlier and fully knew it. I wasn’t sure he really wanted to sell it, but you can only have so many. I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Bavarian. I had heard about Mike though the grapevine and was actually looking for a 3 Series BMW when I saw the Audi on their website and gave them a call.
The main point of this testimonial beside the fact that this was a spotless vehicle after their tremendous detailing job, is that buying a car from Mike and Janet is the exact opposite of having to deal with dealerships. I recently purchased a 535xi (my first BMW) from Mike and Janet. I have to say that it was the best experience that I have had buying a car or any other vehicle. My wife and I spent a Friday afternoon with Mike and Janet, learning about the car we were interesting in and learning about BMWs in general. The afternoon was a seminar on the operation and proper care of a fine car. 2008 BMW 650i Sport Coupe
Just got back from a quick drive in my "new to me" 2008 BMW 650i. What a ride and what a buy! I went to Bavarian Auto Group with no intentions of buying but once I saw the car mental ownership began right away.
The car was exactly as described and looked even better in person. Mike at Bavarian Auto Group is a bigger Beemer freak than me. He was super knowledgable about all aspects of this car (inside and out) and addressed some minor cosmetic issues without hesitation. I'm sure I will pick his brain in the future because he obviously has years of experience working on ultimate driving machines.
Financing was also quick and painless. Janet, clearly a huge BMW fan as well, was very helpful and knew just what to do to get approved quickly. The check arrived next day!
This is my second BMW, I also have an '06 X-5. I have owned the car for a month and look forward to pampering this beast for a long time. I am sure I will be in the market for another Beemer in the future and I will definitely start my search with Bavarian Auto Group. What an Uber experience!
