2007 BMW 525Xi

We have really enjoyed the car. It's our first BMW and seems to be the nicest car we have owned. The ride and performance is great! Only problem is we only have one! Guess I will have to get one for me too, since Lewis is the main driver of this car. We'll let you know when/if we are ready for another one down the road. We enjoyed doing business with you also.

2007 BMW 335i

Bavarian AG is absolutely the best experience I have had buying a car. Having bought a few cars using the Internet I can say what you see is what you get with Bavarian. Mike and Janet will answer any questions you have and make you completely comfortable. When you look around for a BMW, don't just look at the price, two used cars are never alike. Get all of the information, look closely at Mike and Janet's pictures. They're high definition pictures showing the spots on the car that tell you what kind of condition it's really in. When you have a question call Mike and he'll tell you anything you want to know. I can say without a doubt if you travel to see these guys you will leave with the car. When Mike says the car is in great condition he absolutely means it. I'll definitely be back to Kansas City for another BMW (and the food!).

2007 BMW 750Li

I recently bought my 2007 750Li from Bavarian AG and had a good experience with Mike and Janet, This was the first time that I purchased from an online listing without seeing or test driving the car . Although I considered shipping the car, I ended up flying to Kansas City with my friend and we drove it back to Denver. 2008 BMW 335i "Sport"

I purchased my first BMW from Bavarian AG two months ago and have to say that the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. The personal service and passion for BMWs provided by Mike and Janet sets them apart from all other dealers. I basically have them on retainer for all of my automotive questions and they have never failed to deliver. They have provided professional advice on the phone and in person for the best maintenance techniques, provided info for services available, and have recently obtained for me some new snow tires on M series rims that look great. My 2008 335i has opened a new enthusiasm for driving that I haven't seen since the days of my first driver's license. I even enjoy filling it up with premium. 2006 BMW 750i (Sports Addition), 2004 BMW 745i (Sports Addition)

We have bought many cars over our 41 years of married life, both in this country and overseas. It was always a hassle until we found the Bavarian Auto Group. You and Janet have made buying an automobile a very enjoyable experience, not to mention that we have become friends as well. I know that this is a common experience with all of your customers. We bought the following 3 cars from you this year: 2006 BMW 750i (Sports Addition), 2004 BMW 745i (Sports Addition) and a 2004 Infinity G35 (Sporty Addition). That should back up how much we like our buying experience with Bavarian AG. Not to mention that previously we bought from you and traded back a 1999 BMW 740i (Sports Addition). We obviously like the Sports Package and you have always come through with a car that has the Sports Package. In fact if you don't have what we want you will find it (like the 750i we just bought). 2006 BMW 550i

We recently purchased our 2006 BMW 550i from Mike and Janet at Bavarian Auto Group. After looking at used cars for over 6 months at dealerships, private sales, websites and even car shows, we drove out to meet the Bavarian AG folks to see what they were all about. I can simply say we were blown away by Mike’s attention to detail (we actually first saw the 550i in the middle of the detailing process) and not only the fact that he didn’t cut corners, but you can sense his enthusiasm in what he does and the pride he takes in making happy customers by selling only the best used BMWs. 2005 645ci convertible

I actually did not buy my car through Bavarian, but it was really just a timing difference. I had looked at a 645ci coupe but decided I would rather have a convertible. Bavarian did not have a convertible at the time. I kept in contact with Mike and just a few weeks after I ended up purchasing my car elsewhere, Mike Kaplan sent me a picture of a 645ci convertible that he had just received. Even though I didn’t buy my car through Bavarian, I have continued to benefit from my relationship with them. Bavarian has provided me with an extended care warranty (that actually works as promised, with no hassles); winter wheels that look terrific; winter tires that actually allow me to drive my car during the bad weather; a replacement wheel when NTW cracked one of the original wheels; questions I have regarding detailing of my car, and assistance with a service issue at Barron BMW. For me it has been great knowing and trusting someone regarding my BMW. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Bavarian and Mike & Janet Kaplan.
